When your wedding day has come and gone, your portraits will be the most
important thing you have to tell the story of your day...we make sure
that your unique story is told just the way you've always imagined it.
Prior to your special day, we will meet with you and plan out every
detail, ensuring that we accommodate your every need.
In addition to color prints, we can create any of your images in black
& white or sepia tone at no extra charge. We can also create a special image in
black & white with spot coloring!

How to figure out which
package is right for you:
- Determine
how many hours of photography coverage you are going to want on your
wedding day. If you want
photos before the ceremony, add at least an hour if they will be
done at the ceremony site, and more time if you want photos done at
your house earlier in the day.
For ending time, figure at least 2 hours after dinner has
finished to capture all the events and get the shots of your guests
dancing and having a good time.
This should give you a good idea of the time you will
need. Our time starts when we
get to your first location and is continuous until the end of the
night. You can travel to as
many locations as you want during your time.
Example:
Getting Ready Shots at
Mom’s House: 12:00PM
Ceremony: 1:30-2:30PM
Formal Photos: 2:30PM until 6PM (with this much time, multiple locations)
Reception: 6PM
Dinner: 7-8PM
Ending Time for Photographer:
10PM
10 Hours of time needed
Of course, we can stay later
at the reception or come earlier in the day – it is totally up to
you. You can see how if you have
a later Ceremony time, you will need less photography time. If you are having the Ceremony &
Reception at the same location, this also saves you time because there is
no travel.
- Decide
what Photography Products you want.
We offer several different
types of Packages. Our very basic
Package is the CD Rom Package which includes the Copyright Release to all
your images. This means that you
can print the images you want, in the sizes you want, at a store or at
home. The package also includes
Online Viewing of your Images for 60 Days so Guests can see and purchase
your images. This is the least
expensive way to go, and a popular choice for many couples.
If you would like to have
your proofs, you can get the CD-Rom Package plus Proofs which includes
everything above, plus 4x6 proofs of your images in a proof box. This is the most economical way to get
a package that includes prints.
If you want a complete
Package with CD, Online Viewing, Proofs in a book, and a formal Wedding
Album, then you will want one of our complete packages: the Grace, Joy,
Elegance, Inspiration, or Peace Package. These packages are an excellent
value for what they include- if you are looking to get a Formal Album
and/or Parent albums, then you will want to go with one of these
packages.

High Resolution CD-Rom
Only Packages (All Include Copyright Release):
All Packages include one photographer. Images will be the highest of
resolution, be color corrected and cropped on the CD, and will include a
copyright release form so that you can make prints for yourself at a
store or at home. Packages also
include Password Protected Online Viewing of your images for 60 Days so
Family and Friends can view and purchase the images. Number of images you will receive
depends on the photographer, but will be approximately 50-70 per hour.
Another option is to receive all that is included
above plus the proofs. Proofs come
in a proof box, but a proof book can be purchased for an additional
$75.
